Yes. All new employees are thoroughly subjected to lifestyle audit covering a period of past 5 years. We may refuse to employ you if we find your previous lifestyle questionable in any respect. If we engage you, you will be subject regular and periodic lifestyle audits – at least once every 6 months. Lifestyle audits extend to immediate and distant relatives, friends, personal employees, and any other persons including entities that we may deem directly or indirectly associated with you auditable.
On the second day of each month of the 13-month calendar of the Ghana Fund. The second day of the month is always a Monday.
There will be thirteen monthly salary payments according to the 13-month calendar of the Ghana Fund.

We employ people to work, therefore, if your ability to work effectively and efficiently and able to meet deadlines becomes questionable, we would either terminate your appointment or review your salary downward in line with your ability until it becomes necessary to lay you off completely.
Yes. We are not a charity, and every second of the time at Ghana Fund is very precious. We want to employ only serious prospective employees and to ensure that none of our time is spent without generating revenue for the Ghana Fund.

For all job openings requiring a graduate qualification, candidates holding a relevant first degree shall be eligible and shall be given full consideration.
Exception: Professional positions such as medicine, teaching, and research-related roles may require postgraduate qualifications. In such cases: - A Master’s degree or Doctorate holder must demonstrate not less than seven (7) years of post-Master’s professional experience before commencing a doctorate programme, and - A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in the applicable field.
