Ghana’s Comprehensive Economic Zone is a 200-Billion Dollar Market Opportunity. It is the largest industrial estate development in Ghana, and combines all aspects of life to create a city of absolute economic activity and offering a major boost the Ghanaian economy. The City is designed for consistent economic growth with the advantage of planning for the progressive development of auxiliary economic zones to support its performance.

Planning the industrial city has evolved around the ambition to establish a highly investor-friendly environment that potentially stimulates foreign investment. Quite some emphasis has been placed on the development of both bilateral and multilateral trade relations between investor countries and Ghana such that the economic benefits of foreign investments in the city will transverse the countries of investors and Ghana.

The city authority will leverage all the investment opportunities and concessions available from the Government of Ghana to provide the long-term security and comfort of investors. A great deal of dynamic and highly competitive enterprise programmes offer considerable scope for various forms of foreign direct investments.

The city aims to become the most favoured investment destination in Ghana and possibly in the West African sub-region. The rapidly growing attractiveness of the  city as an investment destination is a subject of its strategic geographic location, private ownership, city management organisation and support for businesses and critical state inventions for business development and growth.

What is more, every investor is a special guest of the City Authority, and is specially protected from business hardships and losses through strategic state protectorate mechanisms and collaborations.
